Revelation is progressive and with every progress of truth, it has historically met with opposition. It is just not about suffering for faith but knowing what God is saying. It is not about the suffering but discerning what God is doing and staying with it. Oftentimes even what God is doing would receive severe persecution. When Satan sees that we are moving towards the agenda of God, he lets loose. 

Even the church persecutes the move of God. For every move of God, the church will pray that God will visit the church. But when the visitation comes, it is the same people that prayed that will oppose it. What our parents are teaching is an ordination of the Spirit for a generation of people. ​​Because of that, they receive persecutions. But persecution is good because ​​In the midst of it, you can identify the fruits of life.

God is not a liar even if people misinterpret Him. Even unbelievers go through things but that doesn’t necessarily mean they are going through persecutions. Know what you believe, and what journey we are on. We must stand strong, unwavering and not be faint in our hearts. Once you are double minded, you won’t receive anything from the Lord – “7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” (James 1:7-8)

There is a way we need to be circumspect to see what God is doing and defile all odds that are pressed against us because we need to be counted worthy.

(Matthew 5:10-12) – “10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.”

Resolve in your heart that you would have faith in what God is doing on earth and the vessels He chooses to dispense these to us. This should comfort our hearts cos sometimes people will accuse us falsely, we should see it as a badge and emblem of our profession and service
