Topic: Cultivating the Culture of Confessing the Word Pt.2
Sickness and disease did not come from God; they came from Satan. They are not God’s will for His children.
When God created the world, He saw everything He had made and declared it “very good.” Sickness and disease were not part of His creation (Genesis 1:31). As God led the children of Israel through the wilderness, His desire was for them to live in good health. Whenever they experienced sickness, it was because they had gone against God’s will and disobeyed His instructions.
Deuteronomy 7:15 KJV And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.
God is committed to taking away all sickness, not some, but ALL, both sicknesses that have names and those without names, Hallelujah!
It is a great comfort to know that, as believers, God has already made full provision for our healing. We must not believe the devil’s lies about our health because Jesus Christ has already paid the full price for our healing through His finished work on the cross. Our healing was secured over 2,000 years ago at Calvary.
God revealed His desire to heal the sick by sending Jesus. During His earthly ministry, Jesus healed those who were sick, showing us that healing is God’s will.
Matthew 4:23-24 KJV “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. [24] And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.”
During His earthly ministry, our Lord Jesus healed everyone who came to Him for healing. There is no record in Scripture of anyone who sincerely asked Him for healing and was turned away. This shows that God desires to heal every sickness and disease, no matter how great or small, even menstrual cramps. Jesus has already taken away all our sicknesses and diseases. If you are born again, your healing has already been provided; all we need to do is receive it by faith.
God has also given us the Holy Spirit, and healing is one of the gifts He gives.
3 John 1:2 KJV “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
As believers, it is possible to focus so much on our spiritual growth and soul salvation that we neglect our physical health. Yet, God has given us our bodies for His purpose. We need good health to serve Him, obey His Word, and fulfill His will on the earth. Just as our souls are being saved, our bodies should also walk in health.
As Christians, we must learn to take God at His Word. Many times, we believe what people say more readily than what God has said. We need to intentionally confess God’s Word until it takes root in our hearts. We must keep declaring it until being healed becomes the reality we see above every other circumstance.
Jesus Christ has already secured our healing. If we are not walking in divine health, it is because we have not received and enjoyed what He has already provided. It is like living in a house full of bread and remaining hungry. The provision has already been made; we simply need to receive it by faith.
Isaiah 53:1-4 KJV “Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? [2] For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. [3] He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. [4] Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
Jesus has borne our griefs. There is no reason for us to carry it again. We should not be okay with Satan cheating us; we should not give excuses for sicknesses.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
In the New Testament, we see that our healing has already been provided. The Bible says, “by whose stripes ye were healed” (1 Peter 2:24, KJV). Healing is part of what we received through the new birth. The same faith by which we are saved is the same faith by which we receive the Holy Spirit and walk in divine healing. It is all part of God’s complete provision for us in Christ.

[6] All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. [7] He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. [8] He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. [9] And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. [10] Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. [11] He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. [12] Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
Every stripe and beating that Jesus endured was for our healing. Through His suffering, He bore our sicknesses and diseases. Every pain He endured was part of the price He paid to free us from every infirmity of the flesh that Satan has afflicted mankind with. We no longer have to carry sickness because Jesus bore it for us in His suffering. Truly, “by His stripes we are healed.” Hallelujah!
Tongues and Interpretations (1)
I am provoking you to indignation
Do not spare again, every tree that your heavenly Father has not planted. Do not be smiling with them, do not embrace them. So do not entertain strangers any longer; do not entertain them, for they are strangers.
I am provoking you to indignation so you would come into a jealous anger
For your body is not just your own; it’s the temple of the Holy Ghost.
You should also have the zeal of your father’s house consume you
So you can chase out any stranger, any money exchanger, and anyone trying to make a merchandise.
For indeed, everything has been paid for, so why do you live as though you are subject to them again
I want to provoke you to holy indignation and holy anger, not to allow or permit them.
No matter how long they have stayed there, I am opening your eyes now to begin to chase them out. There is authority in your lips to permit anything that you want and repel anything that you don’t want
I want you to repel them, for I have put the authority in your mouth. Speak! Speak them out of your body, speak them out of your children, and speak them out of your home and vicinity, for they don’t belong there! What you don’t want in your body. They belong in dry places, but I have watered you enough for you to repel them. I am watering you enough for you to repel them.
Be Jealous to see that they are uprooted and cast into the fire. Let the zeal of your Father’s house consume you.

In this digital age, confession is not limited to what we say with our mouths. It also includes what we write in our chats and messages. We should not speak or type words that contradict God’s Word. Instead, let us speak and chat words of faith. Let us chat healing.
God desires all people to be healed, just as He desires all people to be saved; even those who are evil and wicked. The Bible says, “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4, KJV). Just as Jesus made provision for everyone’s salvation through His death on the cross, He also made provision for everyone’s healing. It is all part of the same redemptive package.
The Word of God is truth and can never fail. If God’s Word says we are healed, then we are healed indeed. There is no such thing as “my sickness.” Do not accept it or claim it as your own. Instead of turning first to ChatGPT or Google, let us first turn to God’s Word.
Standing on God’s Word is not showmanship. Even if the prayer of faith does not produce visible results immediately, we must continue to confess God’s Word without wavering. We must allow His Word to become our reality.
Having received healing from the Lord, we should not allow the devil to hear anything from our mouths or read anything in our chats except the confession of God’s Word. Our faith cannot rise above our words, so we must keep speaking in line with God’s promises. As we confess His Word, His promises become more real to us.
Let us not joke or speak carelessly in ways that contradict God’s Word. Our words should always agree with our faith. Let us keep saying what God says, and let us remain full of thanksgiving, never complaining or murmuring, but giving thanks to God in every situation.

We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
There is no believing without speaking. Keep saying the word; never get tired of speaking.
Cram the word, keep it in your head, and keep saying it.

Doctors may describe some diseases as life-threatening, but we must remember that no disease is a threat to God. In fact, Jesus endured His suffering without defending Himself so that we can boldly declare God’s Word against every sickness and disease.
We should not be casual with our words. Even in our jokes or illustrations, we should not speak negatively about ourselves or agree with sickness. Many symptoms are meant to produce fear and intimidation, but we must refuse to be moved by them.
No sickness can intimidate the Lord. Take responsibility for your health by standing on God’s Word and walking in faith. Do not accept sickness as normal in your life or your household.
