MINISTRATION STARTS
We must understand that Christianity is not a religion. There is an existence of multi-parallel worlds with us. Meaning that there are existences and economies of life that are parallel to what man holds. And in the earth realm, God put man to have dominion. (Gen 1:26) – “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” Man was not the only person that was made and given life or the only person that was spoken into existence. God gave man rule over all realms of existence or all manner of life.
When we study the ant colony, for instance, we see a display of wisdom, skill, and life expression. (Prov. 6:6-8): “Go to the ant, thou sluggard; Consider her ways, and be wise: Which having no guide, Overseer, or ruler, Provideth her meat in the summer, And gathereth her food in the harvest.” Just because they look insignificant and can be crushed does not mean they are not wise or coordinated, and the ant is just one of the several creatures creeping on the earth. If you consider some of the creatures that creep on the earth, you see the display of wisdom, skill, or life expression; some that man has not matched. Many of the things we call breakthroughs are man studying creation to measure up to what creation is.
There are realms of existence that are lower than where God put man, and that is just within earth. Man was given dominion, and the definition of this dominion is not the ability to capture creatures or understand them, but to have the exercise of life that is superior to what they have and cannot unravel. There is also an existence that is beyond man. There’s a reality that is beyond man, not just in the heavens.
God made heaven and earth on the same day, but heaven and its inhabitants were first developed and raised before earth. Earth is not just this world; it is the whole of the universe. The heaven we have is the heavens of the earth that are created out of water. Then, this earth has its deep (Gen. 1:1-10). The deep is the lower part of the earth. The deep has depth, but darkness was upon the face of the deep. The Spirit of God moved over the face of the waters, not on the face of the deep (Gen. 1:2). There is a difference between the face of the waters and the face of the deep.
The deep does not just have darkness; it has darkness of blackness (Jude 1:5-6) – “I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.” There is under darkness, so beneath darkness is a deep.
(Gen. 1:3-5) – “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.” This day and night were before the earth we know was formed.
(Gen. 1:6-8) – “And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.” The heaven in Genesis 1:8 is different from the heaven in Genesis 1:1. The heaven in verse 8 is our own heaven while the heaven God created in verse 1 is different.
(Gen.1:9) – “And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.” There are two bodies of water under the firmament. Science recently discovered a body of water in space more than the water on earth. The waters above are not the clouds that move. Air is not heaven.
(Gen. 1:10) – “And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.” Another earth is being referenced here. When heaven is talking about earth, it’s different from the ‘ball’ we usually think of.
(Gen. 1:14) – “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:” The lights are in the firmament. The lights in our atmosphere are the sun, moon, and stars in the atmosphere, so we know that the waters above are not our clouds. It’s the firmament that divides between the waters below and the waters above. All of the bodies of light are put in the firmament; that firmament is space. That firmament that God said to separate the waters below and above; that space is the solar system where we see the sun, moon, and all the stars. To use geographical terms, that is the galaxy.
The firmament that is called heaven is not our atmosphere. Our galaxy is the firmament that God used to divide the earth from the heaven. So, that we travel from Earth to Mars does not mean we have left Earth.
When God is talking about the heavens, it is beyond the comprehension of man. It is a civilization and world beyond us, and that is still within the realm created. That is still not the heaven that the Son of God is bringing to man. We live in a multi-parallel world where we can be so caught up with the natural activities that we get lost in what we call reality. We think that life is just all about our earthly life and activities; we are busy with many things.
There is a reality of a spiritual world that is running concurrently over us, and unfortunately, most believers are ignorant and are not participating in that world at all. Except a man be born again implies that “except a man be born from above” (John 3:3). God is, in His infiniteness, seeking to reinstate man to His original intention, which is to make man beyond earth. We can be so earthbound and earth-tangled that we miss the very essence for which God created us and recreated us in our spirit.
What we are learning in church is the learning of another world. If we don’t understand this, we will think the goal of faith is to settle our natural affairs- a million times no! God is bringing the civilization of our world, and it is not just words, but it is life. It is real, and it is not about spiritism or abstract projection. It is about the real essence of a real Jesus who has come to bring a real economy of life that has its rules and laws for anyone who will engage in it.
(John 8:23) – “And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.” When Jesus said, ‘I am not of this place’, what did He mean? Somewhere, there is a dullness in our minds; some are not able to capture the reality in Jesus. Jesus is beyond a powerful person who can do miracles. He does it, but He has come for an economy of life that must be our reality. Jesus brought His world to our existence. (Matthew 6: 10) There is a visitation upon the earth that is bringing another economy of life; funny enough, the people who believe it and should be citizens and operate in that place, Satan has made them make religion out of it. So, they believe the gospel, but there is no participation in that life; they are absent from it. We believe this existence, but we are absent from it.
(2 Cor. 4:16-18) – “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
(2 Cor. 5:1-7) – “For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: if so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: we are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.”
The Holy Ghost is given for this preparation; to be clothed upon. The concept of God is mysterious to many Christians; it is unresolvable. The very essence of the faith that was given to us is that we will understand God here (Rev. 10:7) – “but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.” There is a deadline when man should finish the mystery of God; it should, but that does not mean it will, and Satan is fighting for this mystery to not be finished. Unless this ministry arises, we won’t know that God should be finished. One of the burdens of this season is to know the intent, that God wants His mystery to be finished, and a people will arise to finish that mystery.
There is a world of angels. There are angels of the first heaven- principalities, powers, might, dominions, or thrones; the second heaven is the world of the burning ones, the seraphim who are ministers of God; and the third heaven is the world of the cherubs, where we have names.
There are names in the heavens presently, but there would also be names in the world to come (Phil. 2:9-10) – “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;.”
(Eph. 1: 21) – “far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:” “This world” speaks of names in earth and in heaven. Those names are actually primarily beings in the third heavens
(Ps. 103:20-22) – “Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, That do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; Ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure. Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: Bless the LORD, O my soul.” The angels in verse 20 are cherubim and are the angels of angels. Hosts are angels in the sanctuary; they are seraphim and are called ministers (Isa. 6). The first heaven is where we have all His works in all places of His dominion: principalities, powers, mights, and dominion, or thrones. (Eph. 6:12) – “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” – Principalities and powers referenced in the scripture above are of the first order; rulers of the darkness of this world are from the realm of the second heavens; then spiritual wickedness in high places.
All of those angels are spirit, but some are more spirit than others (Heb 1:7). That’s why, for us, we are not just spirit because we possess a spirit, but our soul should be spirit. Our body should also be spirit. Look at the kind of body Jesus had at resurrection: when He passed through the wall and also ate fish, He was so raised that His body was behaving like a spirit (Luke 24:39) – “Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.” Jesus in His resurrected state had flesh and bones, but of a heavenly manner. That flesh and bones, which is His body, is more spiritual than some people’s spirits. Sin has made us fall so much that we don’t even know what we have been called to be. Our soul should be so raised to see that our life is not around the things that pertain to our body (2 Cor. 4:16) – “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”
When this body falls, we pick up another one. Death is not the end for a believer; he just changes his earth suit; the spirit and soul are still the same. Our life is not about what is happening to this natural body. If we get caught up in what is happening with this earth suit, we won’t engage in the world beyond us. Satan wants our life to be about what is happening to our earth suit (our body). We judge our life by things that are happening to this outward man. The beginning of our breakthrough is ascending beyond the limitations and seeing another world; another realm of existence that God is calling us to, and behold the laws. We can be more alive in that realm than we are here; we will still carry out our natural activities, but we will be more in tune with that world.
That’s why they gave us the Bible. It is the introduction to our world and the textbook of our world. The goal of God in Scripture is to bring us to our world that God ordained for us before the beginning of creation. Before God started making heaven and earth, He ordained that we should participate in a world. This present world is a veil. The first heaven and earth that was created is a veil, a type, a shadow to foretell of the original one. We can be so caught up here that the realities of the spirit are obscure to us.
In our own galaxy we see how small our earth is compared to the whole, so imagine how vast the world of the spirit is. At times, we think that Angels are our mates, but not so. They are innumerable, so imagine how massive the world of the spirit is. However we have comfort in this, No 1, Angels are messengers of our salvation; those that are for us are more than those against us (2 Kings 6:17) – “And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” We are not aware of the angelic realities around us. There are things we can see in the spirit that we can make a religion out of. Where God is raising us to is not just to be aware of the angelic, but to be aware of a life that excels that which angels carry (Heb. 1).
God has always been intentional about man, and to take man from where he has fallen to the destination He promised before the world began. This is a journey or pilgrimage of the soul. It happens simultaneously or concurrently with our natural life. As we go about our daily activities, that journey must be happening concurrently. Many are absent from that place and have remained earthbound by what they see physically. We should not be ignorant, and we should be participating. That world has a timeline to it. God put time schedules upon activities in that world. Somewhere, we can forget the timelines of our real world.
We can make religion out of coming to church, and then we come and listen, but we are absent where the journey and movement towards our eternal destination truly matters. The essence of our spiritual devotion day to day is not just to commit our day into the hands of the Lord so He can bless our day; we can even handle those things that are supposed to bring us into the world of the spirit as a ritual. We pray, but instead of praying to be a ladder to ascend into our world, we stay there and drop the concerns of our natural life, and then we are absent from our real world, and then wait for a breakthrough. And what we call a breakthrough is when God intervenes and changes our natural life. But the people of faith, the people of the Bible, were not waiting for any intervention; the very essence of their existence was in the real world, and it was only when occurrences in the natural impeded the movement in the spiritual that they asked God to intervene.
(2 Cor. 5:8-10) – “We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.” These men’s resolve was to be accepted by the Lord whether they are in their earthly suit or not, because they are more present somewhere. They persuade men because when the time lapses and the whole deed is done, there will be no opportunity to rewrite it.
There is a world that is more real and affects us more than what happens to our body here; it affects our eternal state. Many believers are oblivious and so absent from the real world; the devil has made many blind, so they are ignorant of that world. – (Eph. 4:18) – “having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:”
(2 Cor. 4:3-4) – “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” Blindness can happen to the mind and the heart. (Rm. 11:25) – “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.”
When we pray that our eyes be opened, it’s not just for understanding, but to awaken to a world and reality that is beyond this place. Not in terms of visions. God can give you visions, yet you are still blind. Visions, e.g open vision opens your natural eyes to the world of the spirit, but that our natural eyes have been opened to the realm of the spirit does not mean the eyes of our heart or mind have been opened. It is not only the natural eyes that go blind, but the eyes of the heart and mind can also be blind. When it is blind, it cannot perceive, comprehend, or walk circumspectly.
There is a spiritual train that is moving on. How many of us are aware of it? This is not a rapture story; this is a growth story; a maturity tale. If we do not race into light and into what God is speaking over the church, we may lose out. We may have a sense of awareness that the world is there, but we might not have the grace to walk step-by-step with the Lord all the way. The existence of the spiritual, everlasting and eternal, is not just that we can get supernatural answers to our prayers; it is to raise us, quicken us, and make us ready, fit, or worthy for the end that Jesus has prepared for us.
That the program of salvation has been completed by Jesus does not mean we have come into it (Eph 4:1) – “I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called” To be worthy means a soul has fulfilled all requirements and is therefore qualified. Even though Jesus has done something, there are requirements; things that a soul should evidence to make him qualified. Eternal life is a gift, but that doesn’t mean there’s no price to it. The trophy given to a winner of a race is a gift, but the winner qualified for the gift. Because it’s a gift doesn’t mean it is free. We didn’t do anything for our spirit to be quickened (Col. 2:12). God had the faith; then we believed in the operation of God that recreated our spirit. But it doesn’t invalidate that there is something for our soul to do to get saved. There is a clarion call of the Spirit over us (Rev. 2:29) – “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”
It is possible to live a whole day and not register a presence in the Spirit. What matters in the realm of the spirit is your spiritual progress; our natural life is not the concern. It’s when we make spiritual mileage that our footprints are reflected in the spirit. Some have not registered their presence in the spirit, delaying with instructions. Jesus is not a high priest who can’t be touched by the feelings of our infirmities, but that does not mean you should not hear His voice. God is not calling us to be mystical. We can see natural things through the lens of the Spirit and be wiser. We shouldn’t expect that the High Priest should bear with us, but we don’t want to hear His voice (Heb. 3:15). He understands us; that’s why He is ministering to us. His ministration is not to overlook our fault, but He has substance to raise us above it. The mercy of God is not just pardon; His mercy is that He has something that will help us overcome. He has things to give and minister to us that will make us get it right and raise us above the things that make us ignorant.
(Jonah 2:8) – “They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.” We must not forsake the mercy that God is showing us in this season. God is not joking; He is intentional. The High Priest is not forsaking us. When the High Priest is ministering, it is because He is merciful.
(Luke 13:34-35) – “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.” Jesus was trying to gather them by preaching, by words; those words were supposed to gather them and put them together.
(Luke 19:41- 44) – “And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes. For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, and shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.”
Jesus was lamenting in those two scenarios above about a city and a people who did not understand the operation of God over them. To miss an allocation and timing of the Spirit, a person can wander another 40 years. There isn’t always time.Some things hidden from us are not hidden by God. It could be blindness of the heart. We should not be ignorant of the season over us; we should not waste time and stall until that season passes, but we should strive. We should not do any other thing besides what the Lord will have us do.
Something is over us as a company, and we must get it, and press into what heaven is saying. There is a ministration of the High Priest over us that we must hear. We must not be absent from it. We ought to race to enter. Race to ascend. Race to seek God. Pace up. Make haste. This is not the time to idle around. Satan will raise distractions in this season, but we must shut our ears to distractions in the natural.
(2 Cor. 4:6-14) – “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. So then death worketh in us, but life in you. We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.”
The treasure here is the light of the knowledge of the glory of God that is in the face of Jesus, that God is commanding to shine into our heart. It is because of this light that we turn blind eyes to all our troubles and rise above them. God coronates sons in the midst of troubles. The secret to the manifestation of the life of Jesus is the dying (Isaiah 53:7, 2 Cor. 4:10).
Those dyings are obediences. For every death, we are given more than a commensurate proportion of life. If we want to live, we should be ready to be delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake. We are delivered unto death so that we can live. We will keep being delivered unto death until we have finished the curriculum of dying, and by doing so, we acquire all of the life of our Lord Jesus Christ. Without death, we can’t see life. We should treasure the dyings of Jesus that God is orchestrating for us because a time is coming when we will rejoice for it: in the privilege to die for His sake, not in the context of being killed physically.
(Rom. 7:6). It is in the midst of contradictions we will enter into life. We should use contradictions well. We should use them for access because they are the blessings of God in this season that we know not of. We should not judge like carnal men; men of the flesh who do not have discernment or judgment of the things happening in the spirit (1 Cor. 16:13) – “Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.”
We should not be absent from what God is doing. There are certain things that make us absent: weights and sins; we must get rid of them. Those things bind us to earth (Gal. 5:19-21) – “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” They make us not light enough to ascend; they are filth and stench in the spirit. We should run away from them (Heb. 12:1-2) – “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Our gaze should be steadfastly fixed on Jesus. We should get rid of burdens that are not of the Lord; if God has not given us, we should not carry them. We should refuse anything God has not placed on our shoulders. It’s time to take an audit of ourselves. Anything God did not place on us and we place on ourselves will weigh us down.
(Matt. 11:28-30) – “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” There is the yoke of heaven, and there is our own yoke. Our own yoke will kill and destroy us, but that which heaven gives will make us ascend. It’s time to evaluate what is wrong or right about our faith, to know what and what has the hand of the Lord in it, in your life; check the origin and source of every matter. It’s not about judging good or bad, because it may be good and not be God. This is not about unbelief (2 Cor. 13:5). We should travel light. We should cut off some relationships.
Some legitimate cares should be laid at the feet of Jesus. We shouldn’t want anything that besets. Some worries are not our load to carry. We should put it on the Lord and focus on our journey. We take up too many things and worries in the name of wanting to be responsible. We shouldn’t take God’s business as our own. Otherwise, you will be so consumed; busy here but never appear there (in the true world).
There’s a heaven over us that we must not miss. If it will take us praying and shutting down things to seek the face of the Lord, we should.
(Phil. 3:17-20) – “Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:”
(Col. 3:1-4) The essence of why Christ came is so that we can be free from earth (Phil. 3:20-21). We can’t find our Savior here. It must be from heaven. There is a place we ought to be to be able to look for Him in heaven. We have to be heavenly in this season. We will miss the Savior if we are not heavenly. We won’t see Him. Even angels do not see Him, though they’ve been staying together for millennia of years. He is hidden from them. If we are not heavenly, there is no hope for us.
Our hope, destiny, and life are predicated on these things. We must break free from the shackles and yoke of Satan that wants to tie us here (Eccl 1:8).
A man who has used his life well is a man who has used here (earth) to search for there (heaven).
