Message 1: Stages of the coming of the True God

Minister:           Pst. Laide Olaniyan.

(Rev. 21:3) –  “And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.”

God has chosen the sons of men to be His tabernacle, He desires to dwell in man. We must however see and trust the skillfulness of God as a savior in how He gives us portions of Himself knowing that right now we cannot bear all of Him. As a church, we must understand the dispensation of God’s judgment and understanding that He gives us per time. God wants to give all of Himself to man but because of the current state of man, God cannot be received all at once.

Our God is an Eternal God and there is a doctrine that must first be administered to a man before He is made able to receive the Eternal God – this administration is the doctrine of Christ. This doctrine raises a soul to a spiritual estate that can begin to receive the training of the Father (John 6:57, Rom. 8:6-11). All men who yield themselves to this doctrine are raised to receive the tutelage of the Father. This is descriptive of our journey in the Tabernacle which begins from the outer court with the dealings from the milk of the word of Christ, and then the meat of the word of Christ that brings a man into the Holyplace.

(2 Cor. 7:1) “Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.”

The milk administration of the word of God begins in the Holy place to sanctify us from the sin of the flesh, however there are also filthinesses of the spirit that we must be cleansed from. To come to the perfection of holiness, we need to be raised through the training of righteousness. The training of righteousness begins in the outer court typifying the altar of brass and the bowl for washing. Some sanctifications and cleansings only need the light of the sun; this is mostly because they are external or works of the flesh. These types of sin do not require the light of the menorah, shewbread or the altar of incense to be cleansed or purified from them.

(Mal. 3:3)  “And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer..”

Sons of Levi are not just the sons of Aaron but men who have been set apart. The dealing of Christ begins from the outer court where the Sons of Levi officiate into the Holy place where the curriculum of the meat of the word is taught. For every believer who will be saved to the uttermost, our journey of sanctification begins in the outer court, under the light of the sun but as the believer progresses in his journey, he arrives at the Holy Place.

(Isa. 11:2-3)“And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:”

The Holy place is a dark place where the believer lives by the light of the seven Spirits of God (Menorah) (Exo 25:37-40). Men who journey to the Holyplace are no longer able to judge by what they see or hear as it was in the outer court under the light of the sun.  All of the operations of the seven Spirits in the Holy place are to bring men into quick understanding. Without the light of the Menorah, a man will not be able to see the shewbread which is the meal in the Holyplace. This bread is also the meat or doctrine of Christ that sons in the Holyplace should eat and as it is eaten, healing takes place, their hunch back and dwarfness is removed (Lev. 21).

In Christ, there is the milk and meat of the word of Christ. (1 Cor. 3:2)“I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able” – The milk is the first secretion of Christ. It is a portion of the dealing of Christ to prepare us to come into the administration of meat of the word of Christ.

The light of God must shine for men to comprehend God. We can have knowledge of some sort but without the light shining, we will not be able to comprehend the TRUE GOD.

(1 Sam. 3:7)“Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, neither was the word of the LORD yet revealed unto him.”

(2 Chron. 15:3) – Now for a long season Israel hath been without the true God, and without a teaching priest, and without law.

In the days of Eli the priest when his eyes began to go dim and the light in the temple was going out, even though God called Samuel, the word of God couldn’t be revealed to him because the light was going out. No wonder it was said that Israel had been without the True God. This is the same with the present day church, we have been without the True God.

(1 Tim. 3:15)“But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.”– This church had yet to come into the understanding of the TRUE GOD. They had yet to progress past the knowledge of the LIVING GOD and were waiting for the next administration. This understanding they were waiting for is what John began to declare in 1 John 5:20 – “And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know Him that is true, and we are in Him that is true, even in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the True God, and Eternal Life. This is the understanding sons of the Holyplace or living stones who have received the tutelage of the LIVING Father/God wait for. The coming of the Son of God is to grant entrance to those who have been purified by fervent charity and fully exercised themselves unto the Living God. There is a need for us to wait for the giving of the understanding of the TRUE GOD.

The church becoming a living church is not enough to finish the journey of faith because God is more than a living Father, He is the TRUE GOD. To receive the spirit of His message, we must first understand its knowledge; otherwise, we lack the skills to apply this understanding in our lives. This knowledge is essential for every believer, regardless of their profession.

Every allocation of God produces a degree of a Son in us. When a man is fully exercised in each allocation of sonship, he is born of that allocation. He will have the seed of that allocation of sonship and thereby generate life according to that seed (Living, True and/or Eternal) because God has set that every seed will produce life after its kind as in Genesis 1:12.

God has different allocations of seeds. The seed in 1 John 3:9 is another type of seed, an incorruptible seed that stops the ability of man to continue to sin. In essence, at our different seasons of growth, we receive different seeds inside us and we must discern what seed we received and what work it is meant to do in us.

(1 Pet.1:22-23)“Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.”

This incorruptible seed can only be given to men who have excelled in fervent charity, men who have become living. Even as God makes us living in our souls, He also touches down on our bodies. A new body is the heritage of souls who have come into life. It is impossible for a man who is reasoning with the doctrine of the living God not to be quickened in his body. God wants to raise us to a place where we reason as He reasons (Isa. 1:18). This reasoning will cause a man to be rid of all guile, all malice, all hypocrisy, all evil speaking until he is born of the word of God.

(Heb. 12:22)“But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,”

To arrive at Zion means to arrive at Christ but we must not stop there, we must continue our journey upwards. (Heb. 10:32-34, 2 Cor. 4:7-10) The essence of the light of Christ is to fight enemies that keep us from ascending up to Zion. This light when engaged brings with it contradictions and fights of afflictions, we must be ready to endure them. As we fight, we appreciate in life in our souls. Many times, our inward change or appreciation by this light is one men might not see and hence brings reproaches of men. In seasons of afflictions both of ourselves and of our brethren, we must stand together, we must not break the bond of brotherhood. When Satan afflicts those around us, we should respond with charity, recognizing that we are bound together in their afflictions.

To begin and finish the learning of the Living God is to climb up and arrive at the peak of Zion. The peak of Zion is where a man will receive the learning of the TRUE GOD.

(Heb. 12:24-25, Heb. 3:15) The Son of God must speak to us concerning the things of the True God and we must not harden our hearts else we will be cut off from the understanding of the True God.

The Son of God remains the ONLY conduit through which we would have ETERNAL LIFE and to come to receiving His speakings or being granted entrance into this life and understanding, we must exercise ourselves thoroughly in fervent charity for there remains a love higher than fervent charity that we must attain unto. We must be resolute and desire in our hearts to see, do and become all that the Son has to say. We must not let Satan cheat us of this.
