INTRODUCTION

The essence of this study, as we are being led by the Spirit of God through Our Daddy, Pastor Emeka Egwuchukwu, is to highlight and teach the fundamentals of the milk faith, particularly, the authority that the milk faith can and ought to wield in the hands and mouth of a believer! The truth is that the milk faith is more than using authority in the name; it is a life faith. But the core of this lesson is to narrow down on the use of the authority that is embedded in the name of Jesus Christ through the avenue of “milk faith” or faith in the name of Jesus Christ!

Many of our brethren, and the generality of believers still suffer certain oppression of the devil and demons which the milk faith (initial faith in the name of Jesus Christ) is meant to deal with. They suffer this because of not properly seeing and sometimes understanding what the word of God says. This lesson is intended to bring help in that regard, and by the grace of God, shed light on us to know and tell the operations of this faith from the character and ways of the Faith of the Son of God! Amen!

The Types of Faith that there are:

  1. Milk Faith (or Faith in the name of Jesus Christ) Acts 3:15-16. 1 Corinthians 13:2

This Faith is the faith a baby Christian must be taught for them to grow healthy in the Lord, know the Lord, and grow to become healthy Children (1 Corinthians 3:1-2). Milk Faith encompasses all the teachings that would make a baby become a healthy Child of the Holy Ghost (Matthew 28: 18-20; Hebrews 6:1-2). Part of Milk Faith is faith for things and faith for the use of the authority in the name of Jesus Christ.

  1. Meat Faith (or Faith of The Son of God) Acts 26:15-18; 1 Corinthians 13:12-13; Ephesians 3:12

Also called Faith that is in Jesus Christ (Acts 26:15-18) or Faith that deals with ‘Sin and Death’ from the soul. This faith is a faith that is the Faith of Jesus Christ. It is a Faith that frees and brings liberty to the soul from the bondage of sin and death! This faith is a faith that enlightens the eyes of our understanding, deals and removes our darkness, makes us aware of the heavenly places that are in Christ, and purges our souls from loving this world. This faith eventually trains the soul to overcome the world and the spirits of the world.  It is totally different from the Milk Faith, its dealings, warfares, the enemies it provokes and instigates are different from that of the Milk. While we may use Milk Faith to resist and deal with certain demons, Meat Faith chiefly works in us to discern principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of the world and to war with them to overcome them, Ephesians 6:11-12. We will look at the difference in this Faith as our lesson progresses. Amen

  1. Strong Meat Faith (or Most Holy Faith) James 2:1; Hebrews 11:1-3; Jude 1:20.

Also called Faith of Everlasting Life or Faith of Glory. This Faith is a Faith of the Everlasting Father that He taught Jesus Christ our Lord in the days of His flesh. This Faith is the Faith to overcome “Hell and Death” (Revelation 1:17-18). Through this Faith, we are to war with and overcome ‘the devil himself and wicked spirits’ in high places (Ephesians 6:12).

The reason why some pain has been put into explaining, again, the things that we have been taught over and over again, and try to ensure that no ambiguity beclouds the teachings of ‘The Faith in the name of Jesus Christ for our victory over serpents and scorpions (Deuteronomy 8:15; Luke 10:19). The fact that a Believer is learning truth for the salvation of their soul doesn’t mean the Lord now hands such a Child of His over to devils to torment with sickness, disease and all kinds of oppression.

Conclusion

By the Grace of God on our Daddy, Pastor Emeka Egwuchukwu, we trust God for so much help and strength and light to fully harness the provisions of God’s mercy around the use of the authority in the name of Jesus Christ for our victories in places that they have been designated by the Lord Jesus Christ through the faith in His name.
